WCID 96 won’t be collecting recycling tomorrow, September 13. Recycling will resume on Wednesday, September 20.
Also, heavy trash collection will resume this Saturday, September 16.

Why? This is the third week recyclables are not collected.
This is unacceptable.
And not even an explanation nor apology is given.
It would help a lot if there was an updated communication on the ECO web site, and a link to their website provided here. I had called to find out timing. I was not able to get a call a back. There was only one 8/26 dated announcement on the home web site about recycling. I do not mind the delay in the pick up, but more frequent communication would help us manage our recycling.
Can we get an update on recycling please? Still no recycling today!!! And no update on when it will resume. I understand they have Harvey affected employees, so just tell us if service will continue or not. Thanks!
