PRESIDENT
JENNIFER GRILLO
My husband and I have lived in Fall Creek for 6 years. I am an attorney, but my primary focus has been raising our two daughters that go to Fall Creek Elementary. I received my B.A. in Government from the University of Texas and my Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law. Prior to becoming a medical malpractice defense attorney, I worked for the United States House of Representatives in the Office of the Majority Whip and Tom DeLay’s Congressional Office.
I am professional and very personable. My strengths include strong analytical and problem-solving skills. I can be pragmatic or think outside the box depending upon the circumstances. I am extremely organized (in my professional life ☺) and detail oriented, yet I am able to maintain sight of the overall picture and the ultimate goals to be accomplished. As an attorney, I am able to look at a situation from all perspectives and analyze the success or failure of a proposal including any unintended consequences. I have been very involved in Fall Creek and have planned and/or participated in many of the community events.

VICE PRESIDENT
Mark Hoesel
Mark Hoesel (pronounced Hazel)
My wife, Terri, and I bought our home together in Fall Creek in
2010. My Daughter and grandchildren have lived here since 2010
as well.
We are Native Houstonians and have lived in many Houston
communities such as Park Place, Sagemont, Friendswood and Rice
Village, so I am familiar with the Houston area and its issues. We
have also lived out of town In Aberdeen Scotland and Ft Myers
Florida.
I am a proud University of Houston Graduate with a Bachelor of
Business Administration. I spent my career in Information Systems
as an Operations Manager and as a Service Delivery Manager
within the Oil and Gas Industry, County Government and
Wholesale Distribution.
My previous neighborhood experience includes Fall Creek Crime
Watch Committee, Fall Creek Welcome Committee and National
Night Out. As Vice Chairman of the Crime Watch Committee, I have
attended most of the HOA Board meetings since 2018, so I am
familiar with current issues in Fall Creek. I was President or Vice
President of the Blossom Hill HOA from 2005 thru 2009.
I hope to apply my life experiences to help manage costs and other
issues in the neighborhood as they arise and to make Fall Creek
one of the best neighborhoods in the Houston Area.

ASST SECRETARY/TREASURER
Bill Henderson
My wife, Jackie, and I have been married for 27 years and have 5 children and 11 grandchildren between us. We lived on Galveston Island for four years before moving to Fall Creek in 2017. We arrived two weeks before Hurricane Harvey. Prior to Galveston, we lived in the Cypress area where our kids went to high school. Three of the kids went to UT Austin, one to TCU and one to A&M. We love San Antonio and Fredericksburg for getaway weekends. We also love Mexico, Cancun, Puerto Vallarta and Cabo San Lucas.
I grew up in Houston, got a BA in Political Science from Johns Hopkins University and a law degree from UT Austin. I practiced family law for 30 years before going to work for Judge Ed Emmett in 2011. My wife grew up in El Paso and is bilingual. She got a teaching degree from UH Downtown and taught first grade ESL for 22 years in Alief, Cy-Fair and Galveston ISDs.
We love eating out; ranging from Julia's and Rising Sun to Brenners and Pappa's Steakhouse. We are social members of the Golf Club of Houston and enjoy their frequent social events.
I look forward to working with the HOA to help maintain the high standards for Fall Creek.

SECRETARY
Miracle Semien
My husband, Chris and I moved to Fall Creek in 2017, just two weeks before having our first child. We both graduated from the University of Texas at Austin, and I have a Masters in Human Resource (HR) Management from Houston Baptist University. I am the COO at Veaux Professional Services, a HR consulting firm, and the Co- founder of ConnectPro Software. Chris is a 10 year veteran of the Houston Police Department, and our son, Maverick has a big personality.
I will continue to serve the Fall Creek Community with my time, talents, and passion of bringing people with different backgrounds together for a common goal. I believe diversity of thought and ideas will continue to catapult Fall Creek as the "Best Place to Live" in the greater Houston area.

TREASURER
STEVEN FIPKE
My wife, Mairett, and I bought our first home together in Fall Creek in 2008. Our two kids were born here, went through Fall Creek Elementary, and are now attending Woodcreek Middle School. We moved here when I was relocated to Houston after several overseas postings. In the past 12+ years we have seen big changes to Fall Creek and the surrounding area, but it has consistently given us a strong sense of community with our friends and neighbors.
I am a Petroleum Engineer with 22 years of Oil and Gas industry experience all over the world. I have lived in all kinds of places, in all kinds of homes, and I can tell you that we have something special here. It was the struggles of 2020 that inspired me to get involved with HOA to help serve my community. The pandemic may have prescribed isolation, but in many ways it brought us closer together. I hope to apply my background with engineering projects and management to help tackle some of the tougher jobs around the neighborhood and support my fellow board members to best serve our residents.

My wife Marcie and I are lifelong Houstonians and recently moved into Fall Creek with our 2 year old and another on the way. We moved here from 5th Ward in downtown Houston where I was Founder and President of the local Civic Club that engaged with City Councilmembers, State Representatives, and our State Senator to guide local infrastructure and development projects.
I have been working in the Oil & Gas Industry for 10 years in Project Controls, Project Engineering, and I am currently a Proposal Manager for S & B Engineers and Constructors in Business Development. I graduated from Texas Tech in 2008 with my BS in Mechanical Engineering Technology.
It is my hope to be able to leverage the lessons learned from my career and past civic club activities to be actively engaged in the budget and to continue to build on the relationships with local and state representative for Fall Creek. My wife and I look forward to growing with Fall Creek and the entire Humble, TX area.
