The Fall Creek Clubhouse will be closed Monday, September 2nd in observance of Labor Day.
Normal business hours will resume on Tuesday, September 3rd.

Amenity Badge Info:
Please note if you need an Amenity ID Badge you will need to obtain them from the Clubhouse during normal hours of operation: Mondays – Fridays, 9am – 5pm.
*Exception: Thursday the Clubhouse will close from 10am – 12pm for a property drive.*
The Clubhouse is closed for lunch from 1pm -2pm.
Without an Amenity ID Badge you will not be granted access to the pools.
Replacement Amenity ID Badges and Tenant/Renter Amenity ID Badges are $25.00 each and the Clubhouse accepts Check or Money Order only, no cash or debit/credit card.
Pool Guest Policy:
- Each resident is permitted up to five (5) guests per resident address each day without charge. If a resident desires to have more than five (5) guests (but fewer than 11), a guest pass is required for each additional guest. Guest passes must be purchased in advance at www.SpectrumAM.com. Please bring proof of purchase (email confirmation) to the Clubhouse at Fall Creek during normal operating hours to pick up your guest passes, or to the Pool at Fall Creek to use within 48 hours of purchase. Gate Guards cannot issue or accept payment for guest passes. Each guest pass can be used by a single person for a single day for that season.
- Guest passes will not be available for purchase at the pool.

- A gathering of 11 or more people (swimmers and non-swimmers, regardless of resident status) is considered a pool party and related fees will apply.
