No permit required. The sale will be held throughout the community. * All you have to do is gather your unwanted items and be ready to sell!
Directional signs are permitted on this day but MUST be removed that same afternoon.
*Gated communities will be exempt from this sale.*
A Local Charity will be at the Clubhouse to pick up any unwanted items that you wish to donate. Please have items at the clubhouse entrance by 1:30pm for pickup.
