The Cub Scouts are sponsoring a flag fundraiser. For $30, Cub Scout Pack 909 Members will place an American flag at your residence during 5 national holidays:
- Memorial Day: May 29, 2017
- Independence Day: July 4, 2017
- Labor Day: September 4, 2017
- Patriots Day: September 11, 2017
- Veterans Day: November 11, 2017
The flags are 3 x 5 feet, on a 9-foot pole, which is placed in a 6-inch PVC pipe buried at the curb (hidden by the grass). On each holiday, the Cub Scouts will install the flag; they are responsible to remove, store, and maintain the flag and pole after each holiday.
