Below, you will find links to the Structural Inspection Report for the water slide structure at Pool 1 as well as a document containing the structural engineer’s recommendations.
The association is currently in the bidding process to address the engineers recommendations and repair the slide.
Money must be spent for the longer term safety of all residents using the pool and all it’s parts.
