Important Update to Community Garage Sale Guidelines
The community garage sale is a great opportunity for residents to clear out unwanted items while making some extra money in the process. The sale takes place throughout the whole community; however, gated sections will remain closed during the event. As an alternative, residents in thosesections have the option to sell their items in the Clubhouse parking lot instead.
While shopping is open to everyone, only Fall Creek residents may participate as sellers. To ensure this event continues to benefit our community as intended, anyone selling items in the Clubhouse parking lot will be asked to provide proof of residency.
One of our HCSO deputies will be onsite during the sale to help facilitate verification. Residents who plan to set up at the Clubhouse should be prepared to show either their Amenity Badge or a form of Photo ID containing a Fall Creek address.

No Permit Required – Sale Held Throughout Community*
Directional signs are permitted on this day only and MUST be removed that same afternoon.
*Access gates for Fairway Crossing and Serrano Creek will not be kept open for the sale, but residents are welcome to participate in the Clubhouse parking lot.
