An Amenity Badge is also known as a Fall Creek ID or Access Card. These Amenity Badges/Fall Creek IDs are one in the same and do not expire. (Residents DO NOT need to get new ones each year.)
The purpose for the event is to provide a time for residents to obtain an amenity badge/Fall Creek ID if they have never done so.
We are finding out that a handful of residents still have the FOB’s and never came in to get there amenity badge/Fall Creek ID when the association switched over from the FOB system.
