Important Update on Clubhouse Parking Lot Usage for Community Garage Sale
The community garage sale is a great opportunity for residents to clear out unwanted items while making some extra money in the process. The sale takes place throughout the whole community; however, gated sections will remain closed during the event. As an alternative, residents in the gated sections have the option to sell their items in the Clubhouse parking lot instead.
Staff and an HCSO deputy will be on site during the sale to assist with verification. Residents who plan to set up at the Clubhouse should be prepared to show either their Amenity Badge or a Photo ID containing a Fairway Crossing or Serrano Creek address.
Due to the 2026 Serve Challenge tennis event taking place at the tennis courts, there will be limited space available at the Clubhouse parking lot. Spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis and will be reserved for residents of the Fairway Crossing and Serrano Creek sections only.
To access the Clubhouse parking lot for setup, please enter through the Mesa Road entrance located near the fitness center, no earlier than 6:00a.m.
