Dear Residents,

Harris County Water Control and Improvement District No. 96 is considering upgrades to the Fall Creek Sports Complex.  Funding for the upgrades would be provided by a matching grant from the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department.  The District is currently in the planning stages of the grant application process and requests District residents complete a Recreational Needs Survey.  Completion of the survey will assist the District to plan and implement recreational improvements.

The survey is designed to document WHAT recreational opportunities the community desires.  Once the recreational priorities have been established, there will be further opportunities for public input as to WHERE the desired recreational items should be located.  Each family member may take the survey, and we strongly encourage all residents to complete the survey as greater participation will benefit the District’s grant application.  A link to the survey may be found below:
