Voting is open online for the 2025 Board of Directors election! Voting instructions are provided below. The deadline to vote online is 5:00 p.m. on Monday, December 8, 2025.
IMPORTANT UPDATE ON BOARD CANDIDATES:
Candidate Angelia Stubbs has withdrawn from the election. Unfortunately, the ballot cannot be modified while voting is in progress, so her name will remain listed. If you have already voted for this candidate and wish to change your vote, please email [email protected] to request a new absentee ballot and have your original vote voided.
Online Voting Instructions: Simply login to your account on SpectrumAM.com and navigate to the Online Voting tab. Press the blue Online Voting button on the new screen and sign the user terms of service (you will only need to do this your first time using the HOAst platform). From there you follow the prompts to complete your online vote. Please submit only one vote via this form or using the online system. Candidate information will be provided when voting online or can be requested by contacting the Clubhouse. If you need your account number to create an online account with SpectrumAM, please contact the Clubhouse.
Your participation by submitting this online ballot is crucial for us to achieve the necessary quorum for the election. Even if you do not wish to vote for any candidates, you can still help us reach our goal by submitting a “quorum only” ballot.
The election results will be announced at the 2025 Annual Meeting of the Members on Tuesday, December 9th at 6:00pm, located at Fall Creek Elementary School, 14435 Mesa Dr., Humble, TX 77396.
